Conference Boxed Meal Orders

Conference Party Order Form

Conference Party Orders for boxed meals, snack packs and conference parties as a meal replacement, should be made by 11:00 am no later than five (5) business days before delivery or pickup. Any changes to an existing order need to be made by 11:00 am no less than two (2) business days before delivery or pickup using the change form. All meals not picked up within 8 hours will be donated.

  • We are unable to accept changes or cancellations less than two (2) full business days prior to the pickup or delivery date.
  • Meals may require additional refrigeration (to be arranged by client) after delivery or pickup.
  • There is a $50 charge for delivery to campus locations other than our standard pickup locations: Pines (at Muir College), Ventanas (at Eleanor Roosevelt College), or Price Center Kitchen.

Catered parties for lunch and dinner. Includes disposable and recyclable service ware.

  • Hot Dog Party  - All Beef Hot Dogs, Veggie Dogs, Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Potato Salad, and Fresh Cut Fruit. Served with Water and Lemonade, and Cookies.    
  • Pizza Party  - Choice of Cheese or Pepperoni Pizzas or both, served with Mixed Green Salad with Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, and Fresh Cut Fruit. Served with Water, Lemonade, and assorted Cookies.

Please be aware that UCSD Housing Dining Hospitality Services handles and prepares egg, milk, wheat, shellfish, fish, soy, peanut, sesame, tree nut products, and other potential allergens in our restaurants and kitchens.



UCSD Housing Dining Hospitality Services strives to provide our customers with the most accurate, current nutrition and allergen information present in our menu items on campus. The nutritional information and allergens identified for each of our items have been auto-generated from our recipe management database system. However, there is always a chance that changes have occurred in the manufacturing of products off-site, which may occur without our knowledge. Similarly, there is always a possibility that certain ingredients may be substituted on the actual day of preparation. Thus, we cannot guarantee that a particular dish or item is free of a certain ingredient.

Please specify your guest's name and if they require a medically necessitated or religious diet. All medically necessitated diets must be supported with the MD form completed to CSC prior to submitting this form (e.g., 'Jane Doe, Allergic to Wheat').
